About Scrapplique Galore | Circular Fashion & Textile Upcycling in Singapore
Circular Fashion. Purposeful Design. Measurable Impact.
At Scrapplique Galore, we enable organisations to translate sustainability commitments into tangible, measurable action through circular fashion practices.
We specialise in textile waste upcycling, corporate sustainability workshops, CSR engagement programmes, and large-scale sewing-based initiatives, art installations that reduce waste while fostering employee participation, creativity, and environmental awareness.
Recognised by Singapore’s Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE) and trusted by organisations such as Google Singapore, PSA International, Singapore Land Group, and the National Library Board, our work sits at the intersection of sustainability strategy, circular design, green economy and experiential learning.
Our Purpose
Transforming textile waste into impact-driven engagements in Singapore.
The fashion industry is one of the largest contributors to global waste.
At Scrapplique Galore, we view this challenge as an opportunity to drive circular economy adoption within organisations.
Through structured programmes and creative interventions, we help businesses:
- Reduce textile waste meaningfully
- Strengthen ESG and CSR initiatives
- Engage employees through hands-on sustainability experiences
- Build internal awareness of responsible consumption
Our Story
From a single initiative to a structured sustainability practice.
Founded in 2020, Scrapplique Galore began during a time when global consumption patterns were being re-evaluated.
Witnessing the scale of textile waste, Mdm. Roopa Sirisha initiated a focused effort to explore how discarded fabrics could be transformed into functional, aesthetic, and purposeful outputs.
What began as an experiment has evolved into a Singapore-based circular fashion platform, delivering:
- Corporate sustainability workshops
- Sewing-led engagement programmes
- Textile waste management solutions through upcycling
- Community and institutional collaborations
- Green economy solutions
- Work opportunities to marginalised women in Singapore & seamstresses
Today, our work bridges design, sustainability, and corporate engagement, enabling organisations to move from intent to implementation.
