At Scrapplique Galore, all our products are handcrafted using upcycled textile materials. As part of our commitment to sustainability and responsible consumption, we aim to minimise unnecessary shipping, waste, and carbon footprint caused by product returns.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, colour preference, size, or minor variations.

We kindly request all customers to review product descriptions carefully and choose wisely before placing an order, as returning products is not considered environmentally sustainable and goes against the values of our brand.

Each item is made from reclaimed fabrics and materials, therefore:

• Slight variations in colour, texture, and pattern are natural

• No two pieces are exactly the same

• These variations are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly contact us at scrappliquegalore@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Sale items

• Used or damaged items not caused during delivery

Shipping & Returns

As returns are not part of our sustainable business model, we do not provide return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
