This initiative is led by Madam Roopa Sirisha, founder of Scrapplique Galore Sigapore, aiming to raise awareness about fashion waste while encouraging creativity and sustainable practices among the public.
About the Project:
THREADS focuses on upcycling fashion waste by the art of transforming the discarded fabrics into beautiful textile art pieces as wall decorations. The project aims to reduce fashion waste in Singapore by demonstrating creative methods to repurpose and reimagine pre-loved clothes and fabric scraps.
